How Our Network Works

Who you talk to

You talk to an independent local provider. Not Consequencesprogramme Septic. We make the connection. The provider handles the rest.

Each provider runs their own business. They set their own prices, schedules and methods.

What happens on the call

Expect a few simple questions. The provider wants to understand the problem.

They may ask:

  • What are you seeing? Slow drains, odors, wet spots, backups?
  • How old is the home?
  • When was the tank last pumped?
  • Do you know of past repairs?

Answer as you can. "I don't know" is fine. Older homes often come with gaps in the records.

The provider may then offer a visit, a quote, or both. Availability varies. Many providers can respond quickly, but hours differ.

What to ask a provider

Keep this list handy.

  • Is the quote in writing? Get it before work starts.
  • What could change the price? Buried lids, tight access, roots and old materials can all add cost.
  • What do you see in a system this age? Ask about age.
  • Are you licensed and insured where required? Ask for proof.
  • What happens if you find something new? Ask how they handle surprises and approvals.
  • Will you explain what you found? You should understand it before paying.

You are in control

You are never locked in. Ask questions. Compare quotes if you want. Say no if the answer does not feel right.

Nothing happens until you agree. That is the point of a written quote.

If the job involves an insurance claim, check your policy first. Some policies may cover sudden damage. Providers can often help document damage for a claim.
